If service and maintenance is included in your contract, you can contact our service booking line on 0333 240 7158 to allow us to make your booking, arrange a courtesy vehicle or delivery and collection of your vehicle in order to save you time.

Should your vehicle not be provided with the benefit of our optional maintenance facility, your obligation to maintain your lease vehicle remain the same. You are still able to utilise the helpline aspects of TCH Assist, but any charges relating to repair or maintenance of your vehicle must be paid for by you or your employer.
