In these unprecedented times, we at TCH Leasing are doing everything possible to maintain the health and well-being of our staff, our customers and suppliers and endeavouring to do our bit to minimise the transmission of the virus that currently threatens our nation and the wider world.
Our office re-opened on 1st July and to help reduce the spread of the virus, we have decided to put the following measures in place to make sure that no matter how you interact with us, our combined safety is of the utmost importance;
Many of our members of staff have returned to the office and as a precaution we have implemented the following precautions:
Consulting with our staff, providing a risk assessment and COVID-19 information, raising awareness by displaying signage, providing briefings and undertaking contactless temperature checks.
Respectfully requesting people not to enter our premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms, such as a high temperature, new continuous cough or loss of taste or smell. Wherever possible meetings will be held remotely by video conference.
Taking steps enabling people to maintain 2m distancing, by clearing space, providing floor markings, one-way systems, screens and barriers, and reducing the population of work areas.
Encouraging increased frequency of hand-washing and frequent cleaning of surfaces/ touch points, with the availability of suitable washing facilities and as a minimum, providing hand sanitiser at entrances/exits.
In the rare occurrence where employees are unable to facilitate a task while maintaining a 2m distance, additional control measures will be adopted, and the time taken on the activity minimised.
Regularly reviewing our risk assessment, observing the latest COVID-19 government guidance.
We will continue to work as before, with all telephone calls diverted to working staff members to ensure that callers are responded to and where necessary obtain service or breakdown cover.
Naturally, we would urge that you only use these facilities, if absolutely necessary. Many of our suppliers are also facing similar issues with lead times, so it might not be possible to deliver or collect vehicles in a timely manner whilst the backlog is worked through. However, our staff are available to answer any of your queries, in respect of quotations, contract amendments, terminations or any other issues that arise. We will endeavour to supply the best service possible, but please bear with us if we do not meet the standards we expect of ourselves in normal times.
In the meantime, please take every care and stay safe. We look forward to serving you in the future.
Stay Alert / Control the Virus / Save Lives
Best wishes
