We're Open

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATE The potential of Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading is a rapidly changing situation and we are keeping up to date with the government and medical advice as it becomes available. We are monitoring the current situation in the UK, along with the risk level, and this will help us plan for all eventualities. Please see below a summary of the steps we are taking to ensure that, should local or central government guidelines preclude us from having staff based at our offices, we are able to minimise the impact to the services we provide. We have already suspended face-to-face meetings with customers or suppliers but we can provide a full service by telephone or video conference. All home-based staff are instructed not to attend the office. We are not attending any industry meetings or events until the situation improves. Currently, we have staff working in the office and are advising them in respect of safe practices such as hand-washing, social distancing, providing hand sanitiser and tissues and preventing anyone who manifests symptoms from attending the office. In the event our business is affected seriously, or we receive official advice and we are unable to allow our staff to work at our offices, we will advise customers immediately that this is the case and we will invoke the appropriate strategies to maintain service levels. All our Managers and Sales Executives have full capability to work from home and respond to customer requirements. A number of other staff are also able to be redeployed to home and we are endeavouring to extend this capability to others. On calling the main office number, you will be able to select the option that satisfies your requirements and be re-directed to the appropriate person be that in respect of service, tyres, breakdown, accident, termination, accounts or sales. Our business partner operations at Kwikfit and the AA will also be available for assistance. Our on-line services, including quotations, will also remain available. During the current crisis, we will endeavour to maintain all our services to the highest levels possible. As soon as we are aware that we can resume normal working practices, we will, of course, advise you of any corresponding return to work plans. Meanwhile, we thank everyone for your continued and valued support, and we look forward to working with you through this difficult time and beyond. Everyone in the TC Harrison Team wishes you and your family all the best. Please, stay safe and we very much look forward to serving you. Kind Regards, Mark Hammond Joint Managing Director TC Harrison Group
