As a valued TCH Leasing customer, we wanted to update you on what we are doing to help minimise the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
We are continuing to follow the official guidance from the UK Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation closely whilst also using common sense. It is essential for us to be able to ensure that proper procedures are in place to support the health and safety of all our customers and staff members.
We are respectfully asking all staff, contractors, visitors and customers alike - If you have flu like symptoms, including a high temperature or new continuous cough, we request that you do not enter our premises.
To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:
Conducting meetings with customers and suppliers by telephone or video call
Cancelling attendance at external meetings or events
Educating all staff on prevention
Emphasising frequent hand washing and sanitisation
Care, attention and cleansing of property and vehicles
Cleaning all public areas efficiently Working closely with local health authorities and following their guidance
Proactive respect for personal space and maintaining a safe distance
Providing hand sanitiser for customers in public areas
At this moment, we are continuing to operate and to serve our customers as usual. We will continue to keep in touch with you, following the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England and we will inform you of any changes.
