About me:

Having spent a lifetime in the automotive sector, I still find it an exciting and challenging industry where change is a constant. The best lesson I have ever learned was from my first sales mentor, “never lie to get a deal over the line”. Customers are just people, lie to them once and you’ve lost them forever, treat them like you would family and in time they’ll become friends.

What is the best quality of TCH Leasing, and how is it different to other Leasing companies?

We have great people that strive to deliver the service that we sell, when things go wrong, we put them right quickly and amend our processes accordingly. We are of a size that allows us to be flexible to our customer's needs rather than them having to fit to ours.


What is your approach to work/life balance?

It ebbs and flows dependant on circumstances, but I always try and keep fitness as a priority.


What is your approach to networking?

It's an absolute essential in 21st century business.

Who has inspired you most in your business life, and why?

My old Sales Director, John Haynes, I learned a lot from John and had a lot of fun in the process.

What is your proudest achievement in business?

Turning a business from a £300k loss to a £130k profit in 3 years

What motivates you?

A happy successful team.

If you hadn’t got into the leasing business, what would you be doing instead?

According to friends, Bradley Walsh’s stunt double!

What time of day are you at your best, and why?

Any time after mid-day.
