New Premises

TCH Leasing is delighted to announce that we will shortly relocate to new purpose-built premises enabling us to further enhance our service to customers. For almost 50 years we have been based in central Sheffield close to the site where our founder, T C Harrison, began his motor business over 75 years ago. However, the Group Board has now authorised this major investment on the outskirts of Sheffield adjacent to the M1 motorway to enable TCH Leasing to benefit from a modern facility with logistical advantages whilst remaining close to our spiritual home.

The new premises will comprise state of the art offices together with vehicle cleaning and storage facilities providing ample space for expansion. The building will be located on land owned by the T C Harrison Group at Junction 35A of the M1 giving easy access to this major arterial route. The site already accommodates the main office of T C Harrison’s significant JCB sales and service operations.

Construction has begun and is progressing well. This investment demonstrates T C Harrison’s commitment to maintaining its position as the leading contract hire company based in the South Yorkshire area whilst providing a first class, geographically central base to serve our customers throughout the  United Kingdom . Our move is expected to be completed in late summer and we will keep you fully up to date with accurate timings and contact changes as they become available. This is an exciting development for TCH Leasing and we look forward to greeting our customers and suppliers in our new home.
