Car Maintenance
If service and maintenance is included in your contract, you can contact our service booking line on 0114 257 4252 to allow us to make your booking, arrange a courtesy vehicle or delivery and collection of your vehicle in order to save you time.
Should your vehicle not be provided with the benefit of our optional maintenance facility your obligations to maintain your lease vehicle remain the same. You are still able to utilise the helpline aspects of TCH Assist but any charges relating to repair or maintenance on your vehicle must be paid for by your employer.
Working together we aim to provide a continually improving customer service experience from our TCH Assist team and our chosen franchised dealer network.
